Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in like-new condition and in its original packaging. Please note that used or damaged items may not be eligible for a return.
Return Instructions

Customer Pays for Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Return Condition: To avoid a restocking fee, items must be returned in like-new condition. Please make sure the item is unused, undamaged, and includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Repack the Item: Ensure the item is properly packed to avoid any damage during return shipping. Baldwin Iron Works is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will only be issued to the same method used for the initial purchase, such as a credit card or PayPal account. We can only send a refund to the original payment method. Explain: If an item was purchased using your debit card, the refund must be sent back to the same debit card; No Exception Will Be Made.
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
